hi. I am quite igonorant about the background of this dialogue - but it
sounds familiar. Do I get hold of the guidelines or the background doc you
are referring to?

Hmmm... from and until parameters may be in smaller (coarser) granularity
but <record><datestamp> values must be expressed in the finest granularity
supported:
