[OAI-implementers] Question regarding OAI-compliant (multiple) journal archiving system

Dear Colleagues:
Greetings from New Delhi, India.
Before I elaborate I would like to take a moment to introduce myself, as
asked by the moderator. I am Atanu Garai, living in New Delhi and currently
working for Globethics.Net, a Swiss NGO based in Geneva as Online Networking
Specialist. We are developing a digital library for archiving some open
access journals, and few commercial ones along with other documents e.g.
books, theses etc, with a robust user access rights management. In this
regard, we are looking for your experiences of using different platform that
meet these functionalities and the possibilities of further development on
the existing platforms.
