[OAI-implementers] repository auto-discovery

just one more pointer to the use of autodiscovery in related contexts:
http://www.opensearch.org/Specifications/OpenSearch/1.1#Autodiscovery
and like opensearch auto-discovery helps browser extensions, oai pmh should
help browser based applications like zotero.
