[OAI-implementers] Bad Argument 'resumptionToken'

Do not repeat any of the parameters except for the verb and 
resumptionToken.  Get rid of the metadataPrefix, something like this:

http://www.pubmedcentral.gov/oai/oai.cgi?verb=ListRecords&resumptionToken=oai%3Apubmedcentral.gov%3A14546!!!oai_dc!
