[OAI-implementers] Patches for Celestial (the Harvester)

Hi to all,

CILEA have done some patches for Celestial, an harvester written in perl.
Celestial is developed from Tim Brody.
The patches were written by Alessandro Tugnoli, test and debug was done by 
Zeno Tajoli.
