[OAI-implementers] A OAI repository viewer for everyone

Any OAI-PMH v2.0 repository in the OAI repository in the UIUC OAI registry
can now be navigated from an HTML interface (support for older repositories
is coming.)

Select your repository from the list here to try it (but note that some
repositories may not be responding currently).
