[OAI-implementers] Updated harvester

Hi

I just wanted to let everyone know that I have updated the Perl based
harvester on our download page.

You can download the harvester at:

    http://www.myoai.com/downloads/

Along with the usual slew of bug fixes and code clean ups, you can now
configure it to download specific sets and specific metadata from the
servers.
