Thanks for the reply, but which dublin core standard does the above link
follow?  Only a few of the elements listed there look familiar.  
Just as reference, I'm using http://www.openarchives.org/OAI/2.0/oai_dc.xsd 
and http://dublincore.org/usage/terms/dc/current-elements/ for my DC info.
