[OAI-implementers] notification of duplicate files

For those of you running harvesters on both UTK Libraries and UTK
Sunsite repositories, I've gathered a list of the oai identifiers of
records available via the Sunsite repository that have since been
reworked, corrected, expanded (etc.) and made available via the UTK
Library repository. (Sunsite provided our testbed.)

  If you would like to avoid duplication within your harvested records,
this should be of interest to you:
