It might be useful to point out here that Dublin Core identifiers are
repeatable, and are not necessarily URLs. Other kinds of identifiers, like
ISBN or ISSN numbers, for instance, are valid identifiers. Confusion may
well ensure thereby, but limiting to one identifier in this world is not
realistic. But it just goes to show that there's still no substitute for
"knowing your data" ... ;-)
