[OAI-implementers] new XML Schema on-line

hi all,

I have just put the corrected version for GetRecord.xsd, ListRecords.xsd
and ListIdentifiers.xsd online.  Remember this correction is the result
of Jeff Young's detection of an error in the specified OAI schema that
made the Xerces parser use "deleted" as the default "status" for
records.  

Thanks to Thomas Habing and Michael Nelson for their contribution to the
solution.
