hi,

As a result of a recent mentioning of the lack of occurency information
in the definition of the aboutType in ListRecords.xsd and GetRecord.xsd,
we have added it -- minOccurs="0" maxOccurs="1" -- in:
* both these xsd's
* the protocol document

Before making these changes, we checked whether doing so would affect
conformance of any of the registered repositories.  It didn't.
