[OAI-implementers] XML Schema change

hi all,

Just a quick note to inform you that we are evaluating the situation
regarding the recent changes in the XML Schema specification and their
impact on the OAI metadata harvesting protocol.  We hope to come up with
a proposal for a strategy to handle this change in -- say -- 2 weeks
from now.
